2001 - 2014: Expanding Across Southeast Asia

We established a strong presence in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, and Vietnam—expanding our regional footprint and deepening our commitment to advancing healthcare. This strategic growth laid the foundation for deeper collaborations with healthcare providers and global medtech partners, enabling Transmedic to better serve the evolving needs of the Southeast Asian healthcare landscape.

2021: Acquired by LifeHealthcare

Transmedic was acquired by LifeHealthcare, a leading provider of healthcare solutions in Australia and New Zealand. This strategic acquisition has strengthened our regional capabilities and expanded our access to greater global resources.

2022: Acquired by EBOS Group Ltd. and is now a part of the EBOS MedTech Division

A year later, Transmedic became part of EBOS MedTech, medical technology division under EBOS Group Ltd., following EBOS Group’s acquisition of LifeHealthcare. This milestone strengthened Transmedic’s platform and capabilities, enabling us to scale, innovate, and deliver greater value to our healthcare partners across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong. EBOS Group is the largest and most diversified Australasian marketer, wholesaler, and distributor of healthcare, medical, and pharmaceutical products, and a leading marketer and distributor of recognised animal care brands.
